Your responsibilities • Gather requirements, design, and implement data pipelines for extraction, transformation and loading of data. • Source and acquire data (traditional and alternative) from third-party vendors. • Perform analysis of datasets (both internal and external) to generate insights and present findings to stakeholders. • Transforming raw data from vendors into structured format to be used in various internal processes. Your experience • 3+ years of work experience as Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst in relevant fields. • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL), including building and deploying SQL. • Working experience with data models, database design development. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various projects. Nice to haves • Knowledge/practical experience of AGILE methodologies. • Demonstrated general knowledge of financial products and concepts e.g., FX, Equities, Options, Futures with significant experience in at least one asset class. • Experience in some programming languages e.g., Python or Matlab • Experience with cloud services e.g., AWS or Snowflake • Knowledge of data modelling concepts and how they apply to the Financial Domain
